Shelly Wilson, CPC, ELI-MP

Leadership Development Coach, Founder

Shelly Wilson, CPC, ELI-MP, and founder of Next Level U began her journey of understanding the value, purpose, and importance of powerful leaders in the United States Military where she dedicated several years to cultivating the nation’s military leaders. Her passion for helping others achieve excellence led to her bachelor’s degree psychology from Saint Leo University.

Following her time with the military, Shelly proceeded to capitalize on her business mind by becoming a serial entrepreneur, building up multiple businesses, including two schools, a travel agency, and a property management company, and eventually selling them as viable and sustainable companies in the marketplace.

Most recently, Shelly took her formal education in psychology to new heights by combining it with a certification from IPEC to become a professional Leadership Development Coach. As a result of her military experience, in combination with her background in psychology and her business acumen as a serial entrepreneur, Shelly has had a unique opportunity to explore different corners of the world and all its diverse cultures, making her a perfect partner for developing purposeful, successful, and inclusive leaders.

Chequita is a former corporate leader with 14 years of experience who transitioned into the leadership development coaching space to fulfil her passion of helping others to understand how they are showing up as leaders and the impact it can have on their teams. Upasna Kaushik, CIC

Leadership Success Coach, Certified Image Consultant

Upasna is a Leadership Success Coach and believes in energizing, empowering and unlocking untapped potential in high performing individuals and teams. She is passionate about personal and professional achievement and loves coaching those who are serious about their success.

She is also a Certified Image Consultant (CIC) from the Association of Image Consultant International (AICI) and has always been passionate for training and development. Her specialty area includes image management, customer relationship management, power dressing (as per international style scale), fashion styling, grooming, corporate and dining etiquettes, body language, verbal and vocal communication, professional presentations, cultural sensitivity, and stress management. Upasna also has significant experience in working closely with senior leadership and middle management in designing various training programs for executives, including sessions on success mantras, personal brand management, personal image and styling, and cultural sensitivity.

Prior to her life as a success coach, Upasna worked to re-structure the HR function through policy designing, manuals development, designing and implementation of various HR procedures, and performance appraisals systems, as well as dedicated her time to working with rehabilitated trafficked girls to help them take control of their lives and become independent.

Upasna holds a master’s degree in business administration (HRM) as well as a one-year Business Diploma in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management in Kolkata, India. She is a proud member of AICI (NY Tri-State Chapter) and IMPA and a former Toastmaster and SCORE Mentor.

Cristine Vega-Perron, ELI-MP

Leadership Development Coach

As a Leadership Development Coach, Cristine is dedicated to empowering individuals and supporting organizations in order to achieve best in class results. Cristine is a recognized leader and coach, and has successfully supported dozens of individuals looking to grow in their organization.

Before devoting her work full-time to coaching, Cristine served as the Director

of the Human Capital Technology and Analytics team at Pricewaterhouse

Coopers (PwC). She focused primarily on partnering with stakeholders to

effectively administer systems and enable human capital processes and

strategy; as well as, deliver timely information used by firm leaders to make better informed decisions. Prior to this role, Cristine spent two years in New York supporting the Human Capital Strategy and Operations leaders to better position and enhance the Human Capital organization, nationally and globally.

In addition to attending IPEC, Cristine earned a Master of Science in Business Management with focus on Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness from the University of South Florida. She is also a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Decision and Information Sciences.
